Through the years, the Unites States of America have had many different presidents. This article is about the 10 best presidents of the United States ever had chosen by historians. Lyndon B. Johnson was the 36th president from 1963-1969. Johnson became popular because of his dominant personality and the “Johnson treatment” which stands for his powerful leadership in advance legislation. Johnson passed legislation including Medicare and Medicaid programs, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
Ronald Reagan was the 40th president from 1981-1989. Reagan
was ranked highly because of his public persuasion. Domestically, Reagan is
best known for cutting income taxes via two different federal laws: the
Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 and the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Besides
Reagan’s presidency he also was a Hollywood actor and union leader.
